EVC Christows plc (the 'Company')
The Company has today been informed that as a result of the ordinary offer by
The eVestment Company plc for Christows Group Limited becoming unconditional
in all respects, Prudential plc no longer has a notifiable interest in the
ordinary shares of EVC Christows plc.
