Exercise of Warrants

                           THE EVESTMENT COMPANY PLC

The  eVestment  Company  Plc  has today applied for  the  listing  on  AIM  of
1,588,395  ordinary shares which have been issued following  the  exercise  of
warrants over ordinary shares at 2.5p per ordinary share.

Admission to AIM is expected to take place on 5 June 2000.
