Evolution Group plc ("the Company") announces that David Norwood, non-executive
director, today donated 10,443 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company to a
registered charity, Almeida Theatre. Mr Norwood now has a revised interest in
3,070,552 Ordinary Shares representing 1.24% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
