Evolution Group plc ("the Company") announces that David Norwood, director,
donated 18,870 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company to a registered
charity, The Aplastic Anaemia Trust on 23 January 2003. Mr Norwood now has a
revised interest in 3,784,324 Ordinary Shares representing 1.57% of the issued
share capital.
