                         Directors' Purchase of Shares

The Evolution Group plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification
today that Mr Richard Griffiths, Chairman, today purchased 171,325 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 50 pence per share. This brings his total
holding to 5,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 2.32% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
