Notification of Transactions of Directors

The Evolution Group PLC (the "Company") announces that yesterday it received confirmation from Mr Martin Gray the Non-executive Chairman of the Company and Chairman of the Nominations Committee that on 24 November 2009 he purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("ordinary shares") for his own account. 

The shares were purchased at a price of £1.5669 per share. Following this acquisition Mr Martin Gray holds 28,000 ordinary shares representing 0.012% of the issued share capital of the Company. This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(R)(1)(a).
