     Notification of Transactions of Directors and Directors' Shareholdings


The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
today that Lord MacLaurin of Knebworth, Non-Executive Director, bought 5,660
ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 19 June
2006 at a price of 150 pence per share. This brings Lord MacLaurin's total
holding to 30,660 Shares representing approximately 0.0133% of the Company's
issued share capital
