The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
today that the Chairman of the Company, Martin Gray purchased 3,000 ordinary 
shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") on 1 July 2007 at a price of 
130 pence per share.  This brings Martin Gray's total holding to 18,000 
Shares representing 0.008 % of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with
DTR 3.1.4( R)(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4(R)(1)(b).
