     Notification of Transactions of Directors and Directors' Shareholdings

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
today that Lord MacLaurin of Knebworth, a non-executive director, bought 20,840
ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 20
December 2006 at a price of 122.70 pence per share. This brings Lord MacLaurin's
total holding to 51,500 Shares representing approximately 0.023% of the
Company's issued share capital.
