Application for Listing on AIM

The  eVestment  Company Plc has today applied for the listing on  AIM  of  1.8
million  ordinary  shares  which have been issued following  the  exercise  of
warrants by certain shareholders.

Admission to AIM is expected to take place on Tuesday 7 December.
