Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2006 (the "Report and Accounts") and the Notice of the 2007 Annual
General Meeting (the "Notice") have been delivered to shareholders today
together with the revised Interim Financial Information (unaudited) for the 
six months ended 30 June 2006. Two copies of the Report and Accounts and Notice
have also been submitted today to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
