Evolution Group plc ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the exercise of
an options, it has allotted 75,992 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company.
These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary
shares in the Company. Application has been made to the Stock Exchange for these
shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on
Thursday 5 December 2002.
