The Company today announces that on 13 March 2017, Adam Kaye, an Executive Director of the Company, bought 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 124p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Kaye holds 4,884,809 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
