Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:-

-     As at 31 January 2014 the issued share capital of the Company comprises 89,801,474 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share. 

-     The total number of voting rights in the Company is 89,801,474.  Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company.

This information may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
