• As at 31 May 2013 the issued share capital of Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC comprised 84,444,523 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share,
    

• The total number of voting rights in Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC is 84,444,523 ordinary shares.  Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC. 

This information may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
