on behalf of Merchant Investors Assurance Company Limited ("Merchant IA") today
that, following a sale of 250,000 Ordinary shares in the Company by Merchant IA
on 16th September 2003, Merchant IA, Allianz AG and its subsidiaries no longer
hold a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.
