Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC ('the Company') received notice today
from Exeter Asset Management Limited ('Exeter') that following the sale of the
management contracts of their open-ended funds to New Star Asset Management
(namely the Exeter Managed Growth Fund, the Exeter Capital Growth Fund and the
Exeter Global Opportunities Fund, holding 690,000, 1,225,000 and 600,000
Ordinary shares respectively), portfolios under the management of Exeter no
longer hold any Ordinary shares of the Company.
