from East Riding of Yorkshire Council ('East Riding') today that, following a
purchase of 375,000 Ordinary shares in the Company on 30th November 2004 the
disclosable interest of East Riding in the shares of the Company has increased
to 2,375,000 representing 3.03% of the issued share capital.
