Retirement of Mr Alexander Darwall as a Director

The Company announces that Mr. Alexander Darwall, who has served as a non-executive director of the Company since launch in November 2000, has retired from the Board with effect from today, 4 February 2016. Mr. Darwall will nevertheless continue to serve as the Company's portfolio manager on behalf of Jupiter Asset Management Limited for the foreseeable future.

The board would like to thank Mr. Darwall for his significant contribution to the Board over the past fifteen years and they look forward to their continued working relationship with him in his capacity as the Company's portfolio manager.
