from Mr J D A Wallinger, a director of the Company, that he sold 25,000 Ordinary
shares in the Company on 5th April 2005 at a price of 131.55p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Wallinger holds a total of 45,000 Ordinary shares
in the capital of the Company representing 0.06% of the total shares in issue.
