notification from Sir M Goulding, a director of the Company, that he purchased
12,500 Ordinary Shares  in the Company on the 23rd September 2003 at 85p per
share. Following this purchase he is now interested in a total of 33,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.04% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
