Alexander F C Darwall has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the
Company, with effect from today's date.

the Company also announces that Mr A F C Darwall's other directorships are as

Mr Darwall's shareholdings in the capital of the Company is 1,768,213 of which
731,920 shares are held on behalf of or in the name of his wife and children.

There is no other information relating to Mr Darwall which is required to be
disclosed pursuant to paragraph 6.F.2 (b)-(g) of the Listing Rules.
