Director Resignation

With reference to the Company's preliminary announcement of final results
released on 31st August 2004 the Company confirms James D'Albiac's resignation
from the board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on
23rd September 2004. The board wish to convey their thanks to Mr D'Albiac for
his contribution as a director to the Company.
