Director/PDMR Shareholding

Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC (`the Company') received notification
today from Mr A F C Darwall, a director of the Company, that he purchased
250,000 Ordinary shares at 193.125p per share today.

Following the above purchase he now has an interest in a total of 3,477,013
Ordinary shares representing 4.31% of the total voting rights in the Company of
which 781,320 shares are held on behalf of or in the name of his wife and
children.
