Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company has been informed by Andrew Sutch, a non-executive Director of the Company, that shares in Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited were today admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.  

Mr Sutch was appointed as Chairman and non-executive Director of Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited on 8 June 2018.
