Further to the publication of the Company's latest Report and Accounts the board
wishes to clarify that all shares issued for cash will only be issued at a
premium to their net asset value at the time of the issue.

The board would also like to announce the establishment of a Remuneration
Committee comprising all independent directors of the Company.
