NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company received notification on 24 October 2006 that as at the close of
business on 20 October 2006, UBS AG, acting through various of UBS AG's business
groups and legal entities, had a material interest in 8,042,669 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 14.70 per cent of the issued share capital of that
class and a non material interest in 460,406 ordinary shares, resulting in a
total of 8,503,075 ordinary shares representing 15.54 per cent of the issued
share capital of that class.

Of the material interest disclosed above, 5,929,279 ordinary shares representing
10.84 per cent of the Company's issued  share capital are held by UBS AG London
Branch and 2,113,390 ordinary shares representing 3.86 per cent of the Company's
issued share capital are held by UBS Global Asset Management Life Limited.
