NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company received notification on 20 April 2006 that as at the close of
business on 19 April 2006, UBS AG, acting through various of UBS AG's business
groups and legal entities, had a material interest in 8,080,368 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 14.84 per cent of the issued share capital of that
class and a non material interest in 983,056 ordinary shares, resulting in a
total of 9,063,424 ordinary shares representing 16.65 per cent of the issued
share capital of that class.

Of the material interest disclosed above, 5,832,006 ordinary shares representing
10.71 per cent of the Company's issued share capital are held by UBS AG London 
Branch and 2,248,362 ordinary shares representing 4.13 per cent of the 
Company's issued share capital are held by UBS Global Asset Management Life 
Limited.
