Holding in Company

The Company received notification on 30 July 2004 that on 27 July 2004 Standard
Life Investments purchased 120,000 ordinary shares in the Company on behalf of
Standard Life Group. As a result of this transaction, Standard Life Investments
has a material interest in 3,279,265 ordinary shares in the Company representing
6.12 per cent of the issued share capital of that class. These shares are
registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
