The Company received notification today that FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders currently have an
interest in 2,454,225 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.61 per cent
of the issued share capital of that class.
