Notifiable Interest



The Company received notification yesterday that following the sale of 650,226
ordinary shares of 40p each in the Company on 2 May 2002, Eaglet Investment
Trust plc currently has a total holding of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 40p each
in the Company representing 6.74 per cent. of the issued share capital of that
class.  This percentage holding is based on the number of shares in issue
following the purchase of shares for cancellation by the Company announced on 24
April 2002 and the issue of shares in relation to the exercise of share options
announced on 2 May 2002.
