NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES



European Motor Holdings plc ("the Company") has been advised today of the
following holdings in its ordinary shares:


•        Acorn Income Fund Limited now holds 2,634,030 shares, representing
         4.94% of the total issued share capital

•        Eaglet Investment Trust plc now holds 4,150,226 shares, representing
         7.79% of the total issued share capital

•        Unicorn Asset Management Limited, as investment manager to the above
         companies and to Unicorn AIM VCT plc, is interested in 6,999,056
         shares, representing 13.14% of the total issued share capital.  Unicorn
         Asset Management Limited is not the beneficial owner of the shares.
