NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES
European Motor Holdings plc was advised today that the notifiable interest of
Phillips & Drew Life Limited is now 3,397,081 ordinary shares in the company,
representing 6.38% of the total issued share capital.
