EUROPEAN MOTOR HOLDINGS plc
NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES
European Motor Holdings plc was advised today that Mr Luke Johnson has sold
his entire holding of 3,150,000 ordinary shares in the company (representing
5.86% of the total issued share capital) and that Intrinsic Value PLC, of
which Mr Johnson is a manager, has sold its entire holding of 4,550,000
ordinary shares in the company (representing 8.46% of the total issued share
capital).
