The Board announces that Richard Palmer and Ann Wilson have resigned as
Directors of EMH with immediate effect.  In addition, Barbara Richmond, Spencer
Lock, Connor McCormack and Katherine Milliken have been appointed to the Board
of EMH with immediate effect.
