             European Motor Holdings plc - appointment of directors



Further to the announcement of the appointment of Barbara Richmond as a Director
made on 5 February 2007, in accordance with 9.6.13 of the Listing rules, Barbara
is currently Finance Director of Inchcape plc (Inchcape). Prior to her
appointment to Inchcape in March 2006, Barbara was Finance Director of Croda
International plc, from 1997 to 2006.     It is confirmed that there are no
further details to be disclosed under 9.6.13(2) to 9.6.13(6) of the Listing
Rules.


With regard to Spencer Lock, Connor McCormack and Katherine Milliken, there are
no further details to be disclosed under 9.6.13 (1) - 9.6.13(6) of the Listing
Rules.
