ACQUISITION OF DEALERSHIP


The Board of EMH announces that the Group acquired on 7 March 2003 the business
and certain assets of a Volkswagen dealership in Walton on Thames for a
consideration of £0.5 million.  This acquisition is part of the continuing
development of the Group's strategic territory for Volkswagen in South West
London, where it already has Volkswagen dealerships in Chiswick, Heathrow and
Twickenham.
