ISSUE OF EQUITY

On 31 January 2019, European Assets Trust NV distributed 43,637 shares to shareholders as scrip dividend. 

The Company's issued ordinary share capital is 359,798,960

The Company has the ability to issue a further 5,144,900 ordinary shares under its blocklisting facility.

The total number of shares with voting rights in European Assets Trust NV is 359,798,960.

The above figure (359,798,960) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, European Assets Trust NV under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
