European Assets Trust announces that the dividend of Euro 0.02 per share for
November 2003 will be paid on 26 November 2003 to shareholders on the register
on 14 November 2003, having an ex-dividend date of 12 November 2003.

Dutch withholding tax does not apply to this November dividend payment.
