The Company was notified today by Bluehone Investors LLP that as at 20 March
2006, Active Capital Trust following the disposal of 200,000 ordinary shares of
1p each had a holding of 3,050,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,
representing 4.99 per cent. of the issued share capital.  The shares are
registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
