2005, Erika Syba, who is a director of the Company, purchased 5,510 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 24.5p per share.



Following this transaction, Erika Syba is interested in an aggregate of
16,047,694 ordinary shares, representing 26.28 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
