Confirmation of share purchase by the Eurocell plc Employee Benefit Trust

Eurocell PLC ("the Company") confirms it has been notified by Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Limited, in their capacity as trustees of the Eurocell plc Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust"), that, on 10 March 2020, the Trust completed the purchase of 10,416 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company at an average price of £2.28 per share.

Following this purchase, the Trust will transfer these shares (representing less than 0.015% of the Company's voting rights) to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's Save-As-You-Earn ("SAYE") scheme.
