RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - Correction

In Eurocell plc's announcement, made on 15 May 2020 under RNS number 0772N, of the results of the 2020 Annual General Meeting (the "announcement"), it stated the number of shares in issue and eligible to vote at the meeting was 100,366,393 ordinary shares of £0.001 each, which was incorrect.

The announcement should have stated the number of shares in issue and eligible to vote at the meeting was 110,366,393 ordinary shares of £0.001 each.

All other information contained in the announcement remains unchanged.
