SHARE PURCHASE



Eurasia Mining PLC ('the Company') announces that it received notification on
12 February 2001 of the purchase by Mr Bruce Rowan of 100,000 further ordinary
shares of 5pence each at 39pence per share in the Company.



This brings Mr Rowen's aggregate equity interest in the Company, including his
wife's shareholding, to 3,219,000 shares, representing 11.52% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
