EURASIA MINING PLC ('the Company')
Copies of the Company's financial statements were published and posted to
shareholders on 28 June 2001 from which date they have been made available for
inspection at the offices of Eurasia Mining, 14-16 Regent Street, London SW1Y
4PH during usual business hours on any weekdays (Saturdays and public holidays
excepted) for a period of one month.
