Issue of Equity and Directors Holdings

Eurasia Mining plc ("Eurasia" or "the Company"), the PGM and gold producing company, announces that it has issued 34,349,315 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence at 0.73 pence per share (the "New Shares") in settlement of invoices for various services including accrued directors fees.

Of the New Shares:

(i) 7,534,247 ordinary shares are being issued to Executive Chairman Christian Schaffalitzky, in lieu of accrued directors fees, bringing his total holding to 76,009,517 or 3.68% of issued share capital;

(ii 1,198,630 ordinary shares are being issued to Non-Executive Director Gary Fitzgerald, in lieu of accrued directors fees, bringing his total holding to 21,592,731 or 1.05% of issued share capital;

(iii) 11,712,329 ordinary shares are being issued to Non-Executive Director Dmitry Suschov, in lieu of accrued consulting and director's fees, bringing his total holding to 447,069,458 or 21.65% of issued share capital.

(iv) A further 3,904,110 shares are issued at 0.73 pence to other employees and consultants in lieu of accrued fees.

As announced on the 29^th June, in final settlement of the fee for the deferral to 30 September 2018 of the £250,000 loan provided by Sanderson Capital Partners Limited, a further 10,000,000 shares are issued.

Accordingly, the Company has today issued a total of 34,349,315 New Shares and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on the 23 July 2018.

Following the issue of the new shares the total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company will be 2,064,885,189 ordinary shares and consequently the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 2,064,885,189. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
