purchased 4,800,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the
Company. This purchase increases Mr Rowan's interest in the Company to 8,569,000
Ordinary Shares, which represents 8.26% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
