                            Notification of interest


As required by sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the
AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 17 November 2003 that Gartmore Growth Opportunities
acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares on 12 November 2003 increasing their holding
to 4,700,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.84 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
