Disposal of holding by FRIF

Eurasia Mining plc (the Company) has been informed by Framlington Russian
Investment Fund (FRIF) that FRIF has sold 20,546,713 Eurasia shares,
representing its entire 29.9% shareholding in the Company. The shares were
placed with a number of institutions and private investors. The placing was
arranged by WH Ireland, the Company's broker.
