Eurasia Mining PLC ('the Company') announces that it has  been
notified  today that Mr Mark Valentine St Giles, Non-Executive
Director  of the Company, has today (25 August 1999) purchased
22,000  Ordinary Shares at a price of 23p per  share  and  now
holds  22,000 Ordinary Shares, representing a 0.175%  interest
in the issued share capital of the Company.
